Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the 5Huis.nl platform operated from the Netherlands. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.
1. Service
5Huis is a marketplace that helps users swap, rent or sell housing. We are not party to any rental, swap or sale agreement between users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to list the property you publish.
3. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and for keeping your password confidential.
4. Listings
You warrant that your listing is accurate, lawful and that you own or are authorised to offer the property. We may remove listings that breach these Terms, applicable law (incl. discrimination law) or the Woningwet.
5. Premium subscription
Premium costs the price displayed in-app (currently €9.99 / month) and is billed monthly via Mollie. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. EU consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days unless service has been fully provided with consent.
6. Acceptable use
No spam, harassment, discriminatory content, illegal sublet schemes, off-platform circumvention of fees, or scraping.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, 5Huis is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the conduct of other users. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer rules dictate otherwise.
